The licence for TPM Dapto is still in place and our only out of pocket is $100,000 GBP
I do note the terms are:
If Mylan decides to license, market and/or sell TPM® -daptomycin
.... so therefore if Mylan don't use a daptomycin product containing TPM® they are not liable to pay us anything .... nonetheless for a small payment of 100,000 GBP we can move on .... any partnerships for animal, patches or injectables can now IMO move forward if they choose knowing POH is a going concern with no costs 'debt' from arbitration hanging over its head !
