re: Ann: Phosphagenics and Quigley Corp form ... Ted Karkis , the new Ceo of Quigley Corp has today provided a unique and exciting back story and insights to the new POH/Quigley joint venture called Phusion Laboratories LLC.

In his webcast this morning Ted Karkis (who took over from the founder of Quigley, Guy Quigley after Guy was voted off the board by Ted Karkis new ticket in mid 2009.) provides an opening address and takes calls from shareholders including a very embittered Guy Quigley as 1st caller.

Its a fantastic insiders view of the new JV Phusion and also what Ted (who is well credentialed as a Startup Investor and Business Angel) thinks of the Phosphagenics Platform and Harry Rosen. He discusses launching up to ten products in 2011 with POH. He also describes POH as a cutting edge Biotech and a global firm in the making..with tremendous technologies dealing with some massive Pharmas in other areas and will be a substantial player in the healthcare space In other words he is hinting at Oxycodone deals and the like that he has some knowledge on. He goes on to say how fortunate Quigley Co is to have secured a deal with POH given that POHs other likely deals will be with Major Pharma. Oh this is so good to hear..Ill be in buying more shares Monday for sure

Karkis descrbes POHs research team as World Class. He also mentions that POH will do the initial research on each OTC product and that the cost of this research will be less than $30,000 per product.

He provides all manner of interesting insights into POH and this deal and POHs potential as a Global player in the OTC market and also in Pharma.

And talks about POHs Oxycodone patch and some prescription products making lots of news in Australia and so on- crikey this is good stuff.jump on..
