Were they obliged to disclose that Orbis had a mandate to sell? It resulted in 90% fall in the stock so was as material as you can get.
There is no incentive to buy at any price right now. Perhaps at some point a hedge fund may make a play to acquire the technology and remaining cash. The only thing to see now is whether Orbis will sell their core holding. I might put a bid in at .3 cents as that row is empty and that would value the company at about $5 mil.
