You see the obvious flaw in your plan is this. If you have no “belief” in management then you have no trust in their decision making which includes undertaking arbitration. As such you can’t believe that the Singapore outcome will be successful. Therefore you should not hold but sell before an unsuccessful arbitration comes in! Anywho you may well be right it may all end up in tears (I’ve already shed enough lol) but it’s not managements fault, well not this managements .....
