It's all well and good to fight for what the companies rights...but one can't help but wonder about the mammoth legal fees involved with this for a company with cash burn issues. Especially when big corps prefer to stick and drag small companies in legal fees even when they are in wrong.
And how do those traders get the info to push the price up prior to announcement? Or was it completely coincidental?
