Did a search and came across that they are currently raising capital - on the IAH Global Social Media site. Wonder how they are going? Though it was only a month ago. It sounds like they have restructured senior management. Wonder if there's any financials (actuals or forecasts) shown in their funding Information Memorandum?
INTEGRATED ANIMAL HEALTH INITIATES $10 MILLION CAPITAL FUNDING ROUND
Lawrence, Kan., 4th May, 2016
Integrated Animal Health (IAH), a global company focused on identifying and commercializing new-to-the-world animal health solutions, announced it is initiating a private funding round to finance the company’s cutting-edge, first-in-class line of global animal health products. IAH is engaging private equity partners, venture capitalists and corporations interested in the announced $10 million Series B Funding round to accelerate its pipeline of its drug, biologic and nutraceutical products.
“We are excited to accelerate our top product candidates through the proceeds of this Series B Funding. These products have solid, peer reviewed, clinical data support and are innovative products in our categories. These include a ground-breaking vaccine technology, a pharmaceutical product that would be the first of its kind, and a line of natural, nutritional products that will substantially add to our existing suite of products,” said Dr. Blake Hawley, the newly named president and CEO of Integrated Animal Health.
Simultaneous to the start of the funding campaign and a move to further strengthen its executive team, the company has realigned its senior leadership to position itself within the United States for due diligence surrounding the Series B Funding.
Dr. Hawley was named President and CEO of all global operations. Dr. Hawley was previously President and CEO of North and South America.
John Kallassy was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer. His duties include leading IAH’s due diligence processes.
Rob Neely, the company’s founder and Executive Director, was named Chairman of the Board.
IAH has taken several products to market in short periods compared to traditional animal health companies by conducting commercial proof of concept in Australia, and then test marketing in Australia for both production animals and pets. Headquartered at the Bioscience & Technology Business Center outside the Kansas University Campus in Lawrence, Kan., the company has strong ties to the university and plans to perform its FDA CVM trials for its prescription products in the Midwest.
IAH has a corporate mission that all products must fit into the existing workflow of farmer and ranchers or meet the lifestyle demands of pet owners.
I'll bet that Murdoch and his Board will look at them very differently if they have US$10m in the kitty!!
