This raises far more questions than it answers.
Is the generic daptomycin injectable the same as POH's or a different one?
Does the generic daptomycin injectable use TPM technology?
The announcement seems to assume that TPM technology is used by Mylan. If that assumption is correct surely Mylan would have notified POH?
The lack of communication between Mylan and POH is a concern. Surely if this is to do with POH then they would have been notified and agreed to moving forward?
Have POH got the IP secured?
How big a market is the daptomycin and what percentage of sales would POH get?
