It is in fact the same ANDA No. 205037 that was used in August 2013 by Agila Strides who submitted ANDA No. 205037 to the FDA for Daptomycin for Injection, a generic version of Cubicin. A patent for a daptomycin injectable formulation incorporating TPM was filed around the same time.
