MW whether you, I or the market believe POH have a chance or not is irrelevant. No one except the insiders would know that for sure. However the commercial reality is that POH must change any perceived breach of their intellectual property or we might as well pack up and go home because Mylan won't be the last. However, if we win (perceived or real) against a multi national like Mylan then fewer will try. Payout time frames are also irrelevant if we win. The institutional investors and others will come flooding back IMO.
