I'd suggest that there is a very good chance this could settle before the October/November hearing. Mylan have a slush fund specifically for this and POHs return of capital is a great opportunity to reward shareholders whilst still having plenty in reserve to form a base to build with income from other areas such as Terumo.
Well done POH and here's to hoping a juicy settlement is achieved within the next 8 weeks.
