Personally I think too much emphasis is being placed here on the availability of escrow monies for settlement in the POH v Mylan matter.The POH claim is directed solely at Mylan and if the POH claim is successful it will be up to Mylan to pay for any awarded damages amount.Mylan have a lot of legal and reputational damage matters going on at the moment and this might work in favour for POH to gain a relatively quick and reasonable settlement.
