I am with you GC. This would be a very strange announcement if the company wasn't confident of a settlement. In my limited dealings with RM he comes across as a very conservative type, never giving too much away. Why would the company release a statement like this without some sort of settlement in the pipeline? I suppose it could be in an attempt to lift SP for a CR but that is a bit of a stretch. If the settlement comes in the need for a CR is negated for a time anyway. Let's hope .......
