The latest Mylan accounts are difficult to decipher - as they have lots of pending legal actions - and escrowed moneys are pooled.
I think from memory that Mylan are largely expecting to rely on (substantial) warranty amounts withheld in escrow from the purchase consideration to Strides (the old owners) - although any excess amounts are Mylan's responsibility (as the current owners of Agila). Perhaps it is more important to Strides?
