The agreement is in full force whilst the dispute is being resolved by Arbitration. After Arbitration then its purely guesswork.
If the Arbitrator deems that there has been no breach, then the agreement would probably naturally continue, IMO.
If POH's claims are recognized and awarded by the Arbitrator, then that would suggest that the agreement is broken and therefore no longer valid.
I suppose in a negotiated outcome the agreement could be a matter for discussion amongst other considerations.
Without knowing the finer details, I question whether we could trust Mylan...to what extent have they been complicit with claimed breaches?
I remain confident that RM and his Team are giving us every opportunity for an excellent result.
