Thanks your reply, jev. The implication, if I have it correctly, is that subsequent consideration has established that wider parameters must be proved than POH originally believed. This has put commencing the trials back significantly, from 2013 into 'H2 2014' (not simply Q1 2014, so a fairly uncertain starting date) and the hoped for combination with stage 3 has not been possible.
In summary, bar has been raised?
