All the while that f$%king fund just sits there waiting to offload millions. Why the company can't place this stock is anyone's guess, but I assume the fund wants to maximise the share price destruction leading into the trial results in Jan. They could have easily let the stock rise a bit and attract buyers but they are determined to suppress the price with visible large sell orders.
Murdoch said he wants the results to take with him to the JP Morgan conference. Early 1st Q lines up with this January event.
