The arbitration concerns a specific product, daptomycin and a deal done with that product. It's all about a POH patented product and a deal Strides allegedly breached to enrich themselves.
Shame on you Bumkin for such a misleading post, the arbitration case is not about making money from legal stuff rather it is about compensation for a commercially viable product that should've been launched well before now. It's also about protecting our intellectual property.
The charges are serious and it would appear Strides know they are in strife because the SPA with Mylan has money escrowed, seemingly for the arbitration initiated by POH
