No, it is much more than 3 weeks. Firstly SIAC expect to get the draft from the tribunal shortly (so that is a couple of months right there). Next comes the 3 weeks which they are going to expedite so lets say another 2 months. Also not sure if there are additional steps in making the draft award the final award - anyway my guess is next year rather than this.
