Yes of course it's a personal decision. I am personally not participating unless the share price rapidly increases from here. To me it's pointless buying shares at 1.5c when the share price is currently 1.5c and up to 20% more shares will potentially hit the boards. I am just trying to gauge chance of success. Unless they can get that share price moving it may be difficult. Be aware also that underwriting guarantees will usually have a get out clause based on share price dipping below issue price.
