Agree, a capital-light opportunity to co-develop the phosphate is a good opportunity for the company and has been discussed in parallel with the Shenghe offtake deal..
They could be considering an independent operation with the Tanz govt or associated contractor? no conflict here with Shenghe's option to fund and offtake REE's
