yet another (small) step in the right direction for a multi faceted project that keeps getting the "world class" tag thrown at it

people complained about PEK doing further exploration on one hand and then complained about them doing nothing on the other hand

the CR clearly stated $$ were also for exploration - and phosphate results have attracted, tentatively, a local player who has been in the biz of phosphate for 30 yrs - that brings all sorts of pluses - non-binding MoU just means they have some homework to do

it's certainly not an SP booster, but hopefully, we've seen the bottom and hope others have been able to take advantage as well

sheesh - it's been a long road to date (over 12yrs here) and i'm not kidding myself that it's not gonna take a while longer given the size & scope of the project
