Why not help out and exercise them?
With all the difficulties in getting funding - it appears many don't see this project as viable long term
Decrees and quotas now last hope
Without construction completion the risks seem too high for all
What happens if construction takes well above estimated timelines and capex increases - thats why funding has failed imo
Soon talk will centre on 2026 growing season imo
