so if these guys don't manage to secure offtake commitments and the remaining finance by July, do you think they will give us a formal announcement to confirm us much, or will they leave it to the market to gradually stumble upon the realisation of this grim reality? (i.e., anyone waiting until end of July to make a decision to cut losses will already have been smashed to oblivion by the sell down)
