    I wasn't saying they won't sign in a timely manner, just that the longer they leave it, the more accurate the contract will match their needs. IMO if the Banks said to MNB show us a signed agreement & we'll loan the $10m, I think MNB & Carrinho would have that agreement signed within a week. I'm quite sure it would be mostly done with pricing etc agreed to.
