    The mere fact that this has had to resort to decrees and quotas - imo signifies that all before them didn't think this project was viable or worth the risks


    Everyone before Angolans banks has walked away

    DFS is not fact - projections forecasts with so many unknowns

    Construction time lines and costs are not set in stone

    How some here don't see this is astonishing
