I'm doing some further research into Angola's agricultural sector today and I'll post more relevant info.

This is why Minbos will pay almost zero tax in the first 8 years and why that makes it so much better that MNB will bring stage two forward and boost year 1-7 production so strongly over DFS forecasts.
Zone C taxes are reduced by 80% over the first 8 years. Being in Cabinda, taxes are half that of zone C. I.e. MNB's taxes will be negligible over the first 8 years. Not because the government is doing MNB any special favour but because MNB's phosphate and plant are located in Cabinda.
