As you mention they have applied for more exploration licenses.
The below is from a 2015 presentation.
The Orange line is the 40km trend containing the known phosphate deposits.
Back in 2015 we had exploration licenses covering the entire trend, no doubt these are the areas they've applied for.

Not only is the Cacata Resource open to the North West, Chivovo already has a Resource which would be a good starting point to expand.

For those wondering why Cacata is shown as 15.2mt @ 24.5% not the present 6.96mt @ 29.7%
The more recent Resource (and Reserve) statement uses a higher cut off grade of 19%. This means lower grades are excluded which increases the grade, but reduces the overall quantity.
