    I don't think that's needed. From what I read on Carrinho, they want to buy local, they want Angola top be self sufficient in food and to be able to export. MNB wants to supply local and it does look like Lindsay genuinely wants to help Angolan small farmers and the country as well. Both have the same interests, they don't need bargaining power against each other, they just need fair pricing that works for both and the binding MOU probably has the pricing or at least the methodology for the pricing, mostly nutted out anyway.
