    When are we going to sign Biocom and SA offtakes?

    "Signing a contract with the highest quantities is in both our best interest & Carrinho's. If that means delaying the signing - so be it."

    If this is the reason there's no problem. The problem is when this isn't the reason. Delaying the signing is fine, but if it's too late, the above theory doesn’t add up.
