He was very confident and for good reason. He knows he will get the last bit of funding with the banks interested and needing to fill their quota, the IDC passing its due diligence setting the precedence for Angolan banks and Carrinho to sign the offtake by July.
He is also obviously having ongoing talks with potential partners on the green ammonia as wel.
He couldn't have come across much more confidently. Anyone that hasn't watched the video in its entirety, should do so.
