    The wording of the resolutions regarding options etc is very clever

    You still cant see that first best policies apply here

    Shareholders have been burnt with every CR and now selling at 4 year lows

    50% down from 2022 $25m CR

    No one has been willing to fund this project with all the risks going forward

    100% at mercy of all and contractor - construction debacles haven't even started etc
