    Last 4 Capital raises 10c 8c 11c and 7c have all made promises which have not delivered and most if not all shareholders have been burnt badly over the last 3-4 years



    Yet renumeration packages and performance rewards ( farcical ) flourish


    Now living in hope of last minute Angolan Banks rescue deal for survival and if this recuse comes through then starts the construction sitcom debacle not to mention more capital raises etc
