It is quite often the name of the off taker will not be disclosed while in discussion. Some companies will not mention "ANY DISCUSSION" with other companies till it is fully completed. While some companies will mention serious business deal is taking place.
On the IPO matters, the long delay is a disappointment indeed. Fortunately, gold price still doing very well and hence the opportunities to list the gold stock with JORC resources is very high.
You stated in your post "Sp jump 58c as director expect ree, ppl lost > 50% when sp down to 28 for that expectation!". IMHO, that can happen to any companies including blue chips. Expectation and hope are risky habits and practice in investment and trading. Sadly it could happen to any one that does not have trading/investment plan and sticking to the plan.
It is possible and reasonable for share holders to contact the companies (eg KOR, etc) to express their concern or disappointment (eg delay in the IPO, broken promises, etc).
