I'm thinking there is no way they'd extend unless something was happening, and I very much doubt that happening is 2 1/2months away. You'd think they wouldn't throw another $100k away without something under way to raise the $$/list. They certainly would have done their due diligence on the project given how long they have been after it.
Anyone know what the phosphate sector is like atm?, I haven't looked in awhile.
