i totally disagree. if there is one now then it will be sub 3c and there will be much more dumping of shares. They struggled for months and months and months last year and thus drilling didnt start till Sept. And then who took up the shortfall, those that have been dumping into news. It would be a calamity to do it at these prices, let alone the dilution. Although the way things are, it wouldnt surprise me, but I and quite a few very large holders will dump into any type of cap raise at these prices levels. It would an insult to those holders who have held onto their shares in this fall back.
