It only just dawned on me why they got this report commissioned (sorry if everyone had already joined these dots...), it allows for their ASPRS certification –I know Eagleview has significant insurance company involvement in the US, so the Spookfish camera system accuracy needed certification so the data could be relied upon in insurance disputes. Not sure if Nearmap has this? I’ve never heard it mentioned, not to say they don’t. In any case, certainly all the actions of Spookfish have involved major involvement from Eagleview – they must be expecting a good return.
