This looks similar to the 'support' at 0.016 that held for a few weeks in sept/oct/?, then dropped within days to around 0.009 is it just Cho trying to hold a line to form a support base, rather than 12 or 13 real buyers? Even so, 13.9 m shares on the buy side is not worth much anyway, looks a lot, but not in dollar terms. The recent announcements were as good as it prob gets, but not much affect on price (too many shares, 5 billion on issue)
