They have too much skin in the game to just shut down and walk away with a pittance compared to the worth of the treatment when/if it passes trials and is successful. I would think they are accumulating through share handouts and purchase while the sp is stuff all, do a big consolidation and cash in when the treatment becomes available. But don't hold your breath waiting.
