    These power generation projects hardly meet deadlines and budget (I am not an expert though). Just google Nandipur Power Project. This one started in Pak by a Chinese company. Cost went up by 250% (YES 250% from ~240M USD to 840M USD) and the plant still not working after 5 years of delay. If these guys can start and make it working by a year delay I wont mind...
