Hadn't even really thought like that as realistic option and I would prefer not to. More often than not when I've seen it happen with penny stocks it turns pretty sour with restructuring, who takes the better hand, value determined at point of merger, consolidations list goes on but also I guess when capital gets tight it often becomes a last resort.

FWIW and not implying the same would repeat (if it does even occur petesherl) but that joint company with two current members of the board (although not sure if they are still there) is looking pretty eeeeeppp after the takeover/merger last year. Down 90% a year later.
