Must admit i dont quite get what the financial adviser thing is all about.
I would have thought the biomed industry would well know that PYC was up for grabs at the right price.
I am hoping there is a sniff of a sale that is going to be pursued by these guys in the near future and that is why they are engaged.
If so it might be a catalyst for a competing bid from elsewhere.
