re: Ann: Phylogica Limited Share Placement ra... If the market price is around 7c to 7.1c why wouldn't the institutional buyers want to buy at 5.9c (plus they also picked up some options as what seems a better deal than the current PYCO options)
They could be the first round of sellers (making a modest profit or their efforts) but may have to compete with the BTC boys.
Lets hope the next PYC fund raising gives existing shareholders some easy arbitrage profits instead of throwing at new kids.
What is exceptionally optimsitics is the mention of 3 new deals in 2011 (hopefully ASAP & before PYCO oppies expire so as to get the PYCO oppies into the money).
