    it wasn't BTC their exit statement fits perfectly - no overhang -

    but there must of been another $340,000 CN somewhere amounting to 8.5m shares so maybe thats who's selling.


    CN conversion was 33,500,000 shares


    BTC had a 1M note converted @ 4c = 25,00,000 shares

    17,263,405 securities held

    Exit notice - 42,263,405


    Anyway all done - on with the show.....
