You have hit on PYCs achilles heal, their sp.
As a PYC holder since 2005, I would be disappointed with a sale under $500m. But the sp will definitely have a bearing.
................................. When PYC announced their deal with Roche in dec 2009, no financials were released. PYCs sp gradually went backwards following the ann.
In Jan 2010 a swiss company Evolva announced a deal with Roche where again no financials were released.
Following is a news item concerning Evolva's sp rise following the Roche ann:
