re: Ann: Phylogica Signs Collaboration and Li... The risk is that none of the companies are delivered the results they are searching for & proceed to the second stage for Phylogica to achieve the much more lucrative milestone payments & further down the track, royalties.

I think this is unlikely considered they have signed not 1 not 2 but 3 major pharmaceutical comnpanies to date.

These companies do significant due dilligence before entering into any agreement, it is unlikely they would waste there time doing so if they didn't see a greater picture.

As for the very small entry fees as you've mentioned as long as they continue to sign further parties of which management has stated there are plenty then they will just trickle through.

Comes down to how people way their risk - but for me i see very little at this level.
