On pages 16 and 17 it shows PYC are attaching their cell-penetrating peptide(CPP) to a recognized Myc-blocking peptide named OmoMyc that has shown in animal models to be very efficient in stopping cancer growth. The problem that prevents it from being used in humans is that OmoMyc is not able to get into cancer cells easily (read more).
On page 17 it appears PYC have data to show they can get OmoMyc into cells efficiently and at therapeutic concentrations.
