further deals in the coming months, does that put off the 2 deals we have been waiting for for over a year with term sheets on the table for anorher 2 months. Anything is better than nothing and any income without further cost must be a good thing. Hopefully thus will put the bottom in place at least. An up front payment would have been a life saver though- or at least a guarantee no cr soon. As things stand they will probably hit it as soon as we get back to 5c
