This is one of the best stocks on the market, completely under the radar. They offer the most affordable rental accommodation for elderly Aussies in a country with an ageing population. Great management executing their business model to perfection and in my opinion worth $0.90. Debt is conservative for this type of business and they are not reliant on the market in the near term for capital, due to the deals that they have done recently. Glad to have it as my biggest holding in my SMSF. Good to see that the smart guys at PIE also think its worth having as a core holding.
