A couple of things to note about the agreement.
The good: they only paid 0.0092c per share for Sayona shares, a good valuation for PLL.
The good: they get to appoint a director to the Sayona board (hopefully replacing a former Altura member).
The bad: the convertible notes have been granted to Sayona at 0%, what the hell, 5% would have been reasonable enough.
