there was the underwriting of shortfall which was mainly pattos (and maybe others)
then BW got an allocation for a raise. hasn't been alloted yet as I understand. As best I know 3B is expected around 22 Aug but please check this for yourselves as I did not participate. so info coming from someone else who did.
